Hi so I am moving into a new apartment complex in a few weeks and got an email asking if I wanted to be moved into a different unit (identical to mine) for a lower cost. I asked why the cost was lower if it was identical and they said it was because the unit had been vacant longer. My question is if this unit had been vacant longer and is cheaper why not show it to me when I toured. This raises a red flag for me because I feel like something else is wrong with that unit but they aren't telling me. Or I am just being paranoid? 3🤔
