Whatever you’re eating, as long as it doesn’t have honey, nuts, or other choking hazards. Otherwise veggie and cheese omelettes, oatmeal, yogurt, avocado toast topped with a fried egg, cheater pizzas (sauce and cheese on soft bread), mac n cheese with added veggies, lunch meat and cheese (I only do lunch meat occasionally, because salt), meatballs, shredded chicken, soup, tortellini with sauce and cheese, chicken and rice casserole, mandarins (my kiddos love those lunchable packs), cheese crackers, peeled and sliced cucumber,...

Basically the dinners you eat as long as it's not super seasoned or unhealthy foods. Small bites of soft foods work great
