How much do you pay for your mortgage and what did your house cost? 
My husband and I will be applying for a home loan next month and we’re super excited!

We just bought a house last week! It was a $119,000 house. We put down $7,000 and pay $800 a month including the taxes and insurance and everything.

170,000$ 7,000$ down was supposed to be 0$ down but my mother in law wanted to gift us some since we didn’t let her get us a wedding gift and 1,000 a month with insurance and every thing included (husband wanted the best insurance he could possibly have and with USAA which is the most expensive place to get insurance from but oh well)
