Covid-19 Cancellation-friendly US companies


I travel a fair amount domestically for work and personally. Cancellation policy varies drastically during normal business operation. I have dealt with a number of companies before and during this hectic time and wonder if we might all contribute to a list of companies that have been easy to deal with or terrible for cancelling reservations/refunds etc.

I will start with jetblue, Southwest, Hilton, and Avis for having incredible policies for this situation, and for being a total mess/not helpful.
