Smep cycle 1
This cycle we are trying smep. I am on cd 9. Dtd yesterday cycle day 8 and today we will skip and do tomorrow cd10. But i have started testing with opk from cd7 already. Wish us luck. Will update soon with positive results☺️being optimistic about smep plan.
Should i use pre-seed for success? I have never used it before. Can someone suggest on pre-seed?
