Was it just twinges or serious period like cramps without the bleeding?

It felt like very strange period cramps and pressure in my pelvic area. It almost felt like something was stuck in there. I guess something was. 🤣

Answer

The one time I was pregnant (early miscarriage), I didn’t feel anything around the time implantation must’ve happened. The only pregnancy symptom I had was extremely sore breasts, but I get that often now as a regular PMS symptom.
Most women don’t experience any symptoms of implantation. Implantation bleeding itself is more uncommon than common, and cramping can result from a variety of different things.
