Should my family cancel their flight to visit us in July?

We live across country from my parents, who have their tickets ready to come fly out and stay for a couple weeks when baby is born.  Due date July 25th.  Coronavirus will most likely not let up by then, I’m guessing.  Should they cancel or wait?
