Braxton Hicks?

Can Any of you ladies tell me what Braxton Hicks contractions feel like? I’m a ftm and I’m 29 weeks and today I’ve been having back pain and period like cramps and just over all pressure off and on. Kinda concerned but hoping it’s just Braxton Hicks 😬

To me it felt like tightening all across my stomach that released after several seconds.

I also started getting them earlier this week and I’m 29w4d today. It’s like the other poster said, tightening but it’s inconsistent and seems to not be as long as regular contractions.
