Symptom has faded?! 🤔😟

Question

I had a miscarriage in January and now I’m pregnant with our rainbow baby! ❤️🌈 I’ve had my hcg drawn 4 times and the first two draws doubled and the last 2 tripled. 
For the first two weeks my nipples hurt so bad  when I got cold I could barely even touch them. 
Now here I am waking up at 5 weeks and the pain is nearly gone but definitely minimized. 
Is this normal?

I'm going thru the same thing right now miscarriage in november chemical in january only found out I was pregnant a week and  a half ago and my boobs soreness has calmed down so much
