Cold or allergies?

This virus has me so freaked out. I'm going to have a csection next week and I have a runny/congested nose, and a cough. The cough is sometimes dry and sometime wet. I am spitting up mucus and my boogers are mostly clear when I blow. I just can't tell if I have a slight cold or my allergies are acting up. I have no fever and no other symptoms other than fatigue but lately I've only been sleeping a few hours a night. Im so confused and nervous 😭
