Should I be concerned???

Hey lovelies! So recently I've been noticing that I keep getting nasty bruises all over and I don't know where half of them are coming from. I've never been someone who gets bruised easily. They don't hurt, but look pretty dark and are swollen. This is a recent picture from a couple days after I got my blood taken.

Normally I don't bruise after I get my blood taken, but the last two times I have. Keep in mind the same lady has always taken my blood for years, so it doesn't have anything to do with how they put in the needle. Do I need to be worried about these bruises???
