Hi everyone!

My mom is a respiratory therapist and she works at a place similar to a nursing home, but for patients with long-term health issues. Although they have not allowed visitors in a few weeks, they’re assuming that one of their patients has Corona. She is being tested today.

My mom has not taken care of this patient in awhile, but Covid-19 could’ve spread to other RT’s and nurses. Although I’m 17, I’m still freaking out! I have extremely bad anxiety and I’m terrified that I’ll wake up in the middle of the night unable to breathe or extremely sick. The thought of even being sick makes my nerves absolutely crazy.

What can I do? Any advice?
