My MIL won't stay away

So I brought in my 15 month old for an ongoing fever and other mild symptoms, my Dr dosent have access to the Covid test because only severe cases are being tested in my state at this time. He said that this is most certainly Covid and my SO has started showing symptoms, much worse than my sons. Well one of the things that we were told to do was self quarintine for 2 weeks and especially not to have contact with anyone over the age of 60. My MIL is 60 but my FIL is 68 and has high blood pressure, heart issues, and diabetes which would put him in the high risk category. So we let them know that we will not be seeing anyone for the next 2 weeks. My MIL wont stop asking to come over and see my son. She has texted and called daily since his appointment and today showed up at my freaking house unannounced and said that she was in the neighborhood and wanted to see her grandson. I told her flat out no and she got so offended, my SO had to get out of bed, which is hard for him right now, and tell her to leave. Like yeah she would probably be fine if she caught it but my FIL? With all his underlying conditions? You want to risk your husband so you can kiss your sick grandkid? I think she might secretly want to kill her husband! Lol but seriously I'm so annoyed. She then called her son later and was crying like a mad woman on her phone because she cant see her grandson. Btw its only been 4 freaking days!!! How am I gonna deal with 10 more days of this shit??
