oral stds

hey y’all so three weeks ago i gave head to this guy i’ve been messing around with. yesterday i discovered a tiny rash/cut right bellow my nose and right abound my eyes. i’ve had allergies recently which causes me to have dry skin and wipe my nose a lot. i don’t know if it’s an std or not.
