REALLY need advice!!!

So I finished my period Sunday/ Monday last week, I had sex with my boyfriend yesterday and today and today I started spotting in the morning and bleeding by the afternoon. Why am I getting a period again after only a week? I also had to take a morning after pill on Monday afternoon after the condom broke on Monday morning, and I’ve read the morning after pill can fuck with your periods? Someone please give me their opinions/ advice and if I should be worried or not
