28 weeks left side pain

Just been having a painful feeling on my lower left side since trying to sleep (I always sleep on my left). Wondering if this is normal. It doesn’t feel like a period cramp or anything but it’s still uncomfortable. More like a side stitch or something like that. No spotting or bleeding. (I have the placenta previa so always scared about that). Has anyone had this?
