Going to shop at 32 weeks pregnant, is it safe?

I just wanted to know if it's safe to go to the shop during the coronavirus pandemic, I live in Scotland.

Im 31 weeks pregnant in the uk, with a 3 year old, my husband is military so hes not around either, sometimes you have to do what you have to do, i know people will look at you with the death stare and say shit behind your back but if you really have to do a shop then just be careful and wash your hands a lot and disinfect!!! 
People dont understands that in some situations you have to go out if you have no one else around you! 
Just be safe and make sure you go when its not going to be massivly busy

I’ve had to go out several times for groceries since all of this started and I’m 34 weeks pregnant with twins—it’s painfully obvious that I’m about to pop. But, when you need groceries, you need them! We’ve tried the pickup services but it doesn’t always work out...
I usually take my 11 year old daughter with me to grab the stuff and put it in our cart so I’m not bending and we still stay far away from everyone. We will wait patiently while someone does their browsing and then moves of before we continue down an aisle.
We sanitize the cart and our hands before shopping, utilize self checkout if we can, and sanitize ourselves and the car once we get back into it. We also spray what we can with Lysol on the counter before we put our groceries away and put our clothes directly into the wash then wash our hands again.

Thank you for your advice, I have made a online food order but won't come for two weeks, I would ask my husband but he probably get the wrong things, it was just for little things really until my shopping is due to come.

Safe? No, not really. Going anywhere isn’t really “safe” when you’re going to be around others. But it’s something people have to do if they have no food so. Going hungry isn’t really safe either. If you have enough to last you then stay home.
