What plant is this? Why does is it get yellow leaves? Does it need to be watered more? More or less sunlight? Please advise

It’s a money tree. They like indirect bright sunlight and evenly moist soil. If you let them dry out they’ll get bad leaves.  If you have a water softener, the salt in the water can impact the growth and wellbeing of your plant.

I use bottled water on mine, a lot of tap water the chemicals and salt in the tap water kills plants so i use bottled or filtered water. It likes moist soil and bright indirect light. So dont let the soil completely dry out and make sure you can stick your finger completely in soil and it all be moist. Dont let it be soupy moist or that will rot the roots.
