Can someone help me with this excessive a** bloating!?!?!?
It’s driving me craaaazyyy! My stomach is bloating so bad right now and it’s like ongoing. All day everyday for the past few days. I have gastritis so I know why it’s doing it and I just betrayed my period today so of course that makes it worse, I don’t have any medication for it so any natural remedies to ease it!? I AM BEGGING LMAO
