Does this sound like dehydration?

I woke up today extremely dizzy and my vision was weird, like I had a magnifying glass infront of my face. I have a headache too. There have been moments where my head starts throbbing where I can hear my heartbeat in my ears and I just get so weak and dizzy that I have to close my eyes and sit down.

I have been trying to drink water today because I think I’m dehydrated. Does it sound like it?
