This is smoke build up, after only 3 years. The walls were white.

I am absolutely disgusted. I live with my Mother whom is a smoker. (I am only 16.) We don’t have a very nice house, but I am trying my best to make it better and more visually pleasing. I’ve redone the bathroom and I’m moving on to the stairwell and upstairs landing area. It doesn’t get much light so I had never really realized how repulsing it actually looked.

Please, please, please reconsider smoking inside your home. I know it isn’t my business but I can only imagine what it’s doing to my Mommas lungs at this very moment. There’s nobody in her lungs on their hands and knees scrubbing the wall. I can only imagine what damage my own lungs have taken.

The only thing you earn from smoking is yellow teeth, bad breath, and compromised breathing.
