9 weeks, measuring small

I went to an ultrasound studio today at 9w1d and she told me that she thinks the baby looks to be more around 7 weeks rather than 9. Heartbeat was strong at 173. Does this look more like 7 or 9 to you guys? My actual doctor doesn't do ultrasounds until 11 weeks, so I go there in a few weeks to get my confirmation.
