When do breasts change during pregnancy?

I’m 25 weeks and they haven’t gotten bigger at all except for the nipple.. those are like the size of salami! Lol jk. But really... I know I won’t start producing milk until the baby is here but it makes me wonder if I’ll have a difficult time?

Mine are huge. I’m up three cup sizes, 27 weeks

My nipples and the size of my breast increased at 5 weeks but I haven’t noticed anything since but I’m only 11 weeks.

My breasts didn't change that I noticed at all. I had my baby 6 days ago and within those days, they've gotten huge! And I've been getting a lot of milk. Even when I'm "empty" they're still pretty big. So I think whether or not your breasts visibly change, you'll be fine once the baby's born. How your breasts change before won't affect how you produce milk after.

With both my pregnancies they never changed until after I gave birth then they were huge from nursing.

My boobs haven’t grown since my first trimester 🤷🏼‍♀️ 
They’re still fairly close to their original size.
