Clogged milk duct
What are some things that helped with the pain and getting it to go away. My son had surgery and couldn't nurse before it and hasn't wanted to since( so trying to have him nurse as much as possible isn't an option). I was engorged and super uncomfortable this morning and pumped, it was this after noon I noticed I had a clogged duct. Ive since pumped 3 times and have soaked in a hot bath and have had heat on it on and off.
