Hey ladies...Google isn't helping and I'm hesitant to make extra doctor visits right now. Today suddenly I noticed a lot of swelling and discomfort down there. No yeast infection-like discharge but I know it can occur without that too... how can I tell the difference between what's normal swelling just from pregnancy in general and what may need further attention?

I also switched laundry detergent lately (thanks to the empty shelves of my usual kind) and we got a different body wash too...not sure if those could be irritating it?
