Ok I’m desperate at this point. I have searched through past posts and feel like I’ve tried everything.

Since yesterday afternoon, my left boob has been basically a rock. The top, left and right part seem so full. Yet the bottom seems fine.

I’ve been breastfeeding for over 3 months now and the one other time I had this issue the baby was able to fix it by feeding.

This time, however, that is not working. Things I’ve tried:

-feeding baby

-icing it

-adding heat

- taking a hot bath

-pumping

-massaging and then pumping

-crying

-blaming my husband

-become paranoid that I have some sort of new boob virus

Nothing is working. I called a lactation consultant at my hospital and waiting for a call back but thought I throw a Hail Mary out into this forum because why not.

Anything I’m missing here? I have no idea why this happened bc I primarily breastfeed all the time.
