How would you arrange this?

Please excuse the mess im trying to figure out how to rearrange my room

We are transitioning baby to her crib that will be in our room. We have a small 2 bedroom. Our other room is used for our boys when they stay with us. So the bassinet will be gone and I'll probably move the chair to the living room.

Sorry for all that explanation, how would you place things in this room?
