Anyone know what this might be?

I’ve had theses bumps on my thighs for a while but they’ve never looked like this before. One pic is what they   Normally look like. Do I pop it or just leave it?

Could be from friction if your legs rub together when you walk. Or boils from bacteria. Or heat rash from the friction. I would keep the area clean. Some neosporen with pain relief at night before you get in bed so it can heal while you sleep and aren’t walking around. Popping it will leave a scar so keep that in mind too. A warm compress may bring it to the surface and they may pop on their own. Just keep it clean and neosporen should help it.

Ouch. The dark one looks ingrown hair. But I’m not sure they look like blisters. Maybe from chafing?
