Did Castor Oil work ?

for the mommas who took Castor oil to help induce...how long did it take for it to take effect?

NO. Please for goodness sake don’t take castor oil. Doctors don’t approve of it. It causes a lot of risk and doesn’t even guarantee it’ll work. At the very least, it will cause you major upset stomach and diarrhea and dehydration, which is not how you probably want to begin labor. It’s known to cause fetal distress as well, which can cause the baby to pass meconium in the womb. If that happens, that can be dangerous if the baby breathes it into its lungs. It can cause infection, sickness, and can even be fatal. It’s not worth it! There are many other ways to try and induce without putting your baby at risk.

Girl do not do it!!! My Dr. gave me to the green log to try it so I did the midwives brew and got sooooooo sick 🤢🤢🤢 it was rough! I ended up in the hospital with prodromal labor 5 days ago and they sent me home. It was all for nothing!!

It’s worked for a Lot of ppl. This is baby number 7 nd I’ve never tried it. I need to poop so badly I may try it just for relief. I need a good bm in my life !!
