I post and comment in this group the most (of course💁🏼‍♀️) lol! But I like to post in the fitness and exercise group too as I'm super passionate about health and fitness. However, I don't get many responses back most of the time, so maybe I should share my goals and achievements with my June mamas 😊
Here's my workout selfies. 😜 I've always preferred to work out at home. 🏡

This is what I'm starting today. I've done so many workout challenges like this, and I love them! They're usually 14-day programs, but I'm excited to try this 7-day program too! Pamela Reif on YouTube is awesome! Her videos are killer! Who's with me? 🙋🏼‍♀️ Our gyms may  be canceled, but our fitness is not. Now is the perfect time to get fit and strong! Take advantage of the quarantine and do something amazing for yourself. Why not if you have the time? Our health is so important! We need to be healthy for our little ones, so our bodies can fight illness. Now more than ever, we need to take care of ourselves. ❤

She also has a beginner friendly workout plan and a 45 minutes a day workout plan. I'm going to do the 30 minutes a day plan, because I also do 20 minute yoga sessions after my workouts. Don't forget to put a check mark beside the day when you finish your workout! 😁☑ Let's go ladies!

Also, be sure to stretch before and after your workout. I recommend yoga. It's super beneficial for both the body and the mind ✨
