Worried

So ladies I took a dollar tree pregnancy test yesterday and there was 2 very dark lines on the test (as seen in the pic)

So I decided to buy some first response early response test and the lines were pretty much invisible and now I'm worried I might be having a miscarriage or something else is going on. I haven't had any significant pain or bleeding. Just some slight pelvic pain but it's very light. Not sure what's happening. Any other ladies have this issue? I think they're defective bc I'm 99% sure the control line is on the other side...
