Ways to calm nerves about flying?

I have to make an emergency trip back to my home country tomorrow, I literally just decided I would be going. It's a 10h flight and I'm already feeling my stomach turn. What can info to calm my nerves before I fly?

It's always good to distract yourself while flying, especially with a long flight like that, and to be as comfortable as possible. 
I've flown a lot so here are some tips:

1. Wear comfortable clothes, especially pants, and a comfortable bra. Bring a jacket onto the flight and have it with you in your seat. Wear closed shoes like sneakers to help blood flow on your feet.

2. Walk around every 3 hours.

3. Go to the bathroom when you have to, don't hold it.

4. Drink plenty of water. And have snacks.

5. Bring a neck pillow or a sleeping mask. Sleeping during a flight is the best thing you can do. Passes the time quickly.

6. Bring entertainment. Laptop, book, movies, music, headphones, etc.

7. Turbulence is going to happen at some point, considering it's such a long flight. Do not seize up, grabbing the arm rest and freaking out. Put your hands in your lap, close your eyes, and breathe through your diaphragm, and out your mouth.

buy some melatonin at the drugstore and take it when you board the flight, get in a comfy position and sleep for the whole flight!

Try taking sleeping pills if possible if not I know if you call your doctor they give you Xanax for your flight
