Pregnant?

Anyone has ever not had obvious pregnancy symptoms, and was still pregnant? My period was due yesterday. I have been having mild cramps for like 3 days, so I was like for sure my period is coming. Then I have been spotting on and off yesterday and today, but no full blown period. I got BFN 9,10, and 12 DPO. Could I be pregnant?

I had cramping and spotting throughout the week before my BFP. I got my BFP when I was a day late. The cramping continued, however, I lost the pregnancy shortly after so I think that is why.

Any spotting that happens after your period is late is the beginning of your period. Its RARE to bleed after 12dpo since it's the lastest the egg can implant

I have very similar. Spotting light pink 9 DPO, 12 DPO in the morning and throughout the day, and today at 13 DPO. I usually start af day 13 in the morning and it’s late afternoon now. I have mild cramps, but I’ve never had spotting this long. 
I know there’s a good chance af is coming, but I’ve heard people have had similar experiences and ended up pregnant
