PCOS advice
If anyone on here has PCOS can you please explain the symptoms they’ve had or have!
Eg.. irregular cycles, mid-cycle bleeding, acne, delayed ovulation
If there’s any possible vitamins I can take safe enough
As I feel I may have PCOS but hasn’t been diagnosed..
I have regular bleeding and spotting every few days, NO ovulation is occurring, acne & ovary pain a lot
