I have been coughing a lot lately, due to an upper respiratory infection and I was on the toilet coughing when I looked down and saw a clump of mucus in the toilet. I see it’s normal or even ok to lose small amounts of your plug though out pregnancy??? Someone please tell me this has happen to you??? My anxiety is exploding!!!!
