Frozen breastmilk

Lauren • Had my sweet girl 02/22/20 - 5 weeks early due to rare genetic disorder💗 Had my handsome man 09/30/22 - 3 weeks early due to low birth weight💙

I read online that breastmilk takes about 12 hours to unthaw in the fridge, but mines been unthawing for almost 24 hours and is still pretty frozen.

Also, how long is breastmilk good in the fridge after it’s been unthawed in there?
