When did you introduce solids

Please share what inspired you to decide when to introduce solids.

Answer

Nothing really inspired me, I simply chose to start at 4 months (like my Mom did with me and all of my sinlings), very slowly, for 2 months. Then at 6 months, I started introducing a little more actively, as in 2 fruits 2 vegetables per week. And each week introduced new fruits and vegetables and after 1 month, I introduced meat. Then just kept introducing every 1-2 weeks new fruits, vegetables and meats.
