Breastfeeding tips & tricks
I didn’t breastfeed my first child, which was 10 years ago. I’m due in July and really want to breastfeed as well as make my baby’s food verses buying it.
What are some tips/tricks for a dummy. I’ve seen people talk about storing the milk in freezer for 6 months, fridgerator 6 days, room temp 6 hours.
I need to know everything or as much as possible. How often? When to supplement formula if needed? How often to pump? Anything else I’m missing.
Also, a good book to read.
