Have to Birth Alone
I’m devastated to learn that our hospitals in NYC have instituted a new rule because of COVID-19 and we can no longer have a partner, spouse, or support person with us in labor and delivery. My only hope is that the virus peaks early and they relax the rules by August, but that seems iffy. Has anyone given birth alone? Any advice? I’m scared.
