Embarrassed

I have a boyfriend who wants to come over to my house, but I’m embarrassed to say that I live in an apartment. Ok I shouldn’t care about that stuff but I don’t want him to look at me differently. He wants to come over but I don’t want him to. I’m 18 and I’m off to college in August and I really like him I do, but I’m so embarrassed by this. Idk why. Advice please!?
