This is extremely embarrassing but I've recently been having pains in my lower abdomen (female). I have the Nexplanon which makes me miss my period every once in a while and I just thought that they where cramps without the period but now I don't know. My S/O was engaging in oral sex with me and ended up with a rash on his face. I washed and cleaned every part of my body beforehand, I'm nervous and don't have access to STD/STI testing....
