Spending too much time on the phone
My daughter turned 2 recently and i am coming to the realisation that i dont spend quality time with her. Im just always on my phone about 5 hours every day just browsing facebook , instagram and snapchat? I wont ever get to see my daughter this age as she gets older. What do i do with my phone addiction ? I spend more time on my phone than i do with my daughter😫
