TMI- chronic hemorrhoids & bad bleeding

I’m so sorry about how TMI this is, but I can’t see my doctor because they’re prioritising people with flu-like symptoms.

I have had on-and-off (internal) hemorrhoids since I was maybe 17, I’m now nearly 21. So when I start bleeding from it, it’s nothing new or concerning.

But they’ve come back and there’s quite a bit of blood, not enough that I’m very scared, but I also tend to be a bit careless. I just went to the toilet and by the end, the water in the toilet was just red. I haven’t gotten off the toilet yet because the blood is literally just dripping out. I haven’t had this much actively bleeding before.

Because this is a chronic problem so I’m semi-used to this happening, at what point should I seriously be considering getting help?
