Nausea and period flow

Huge question. Has anyone been nauseous like a week straight before and on there period. This is a new experience to me. My period started three days early (which is hasn’t done in years since I finally got it back on track) I’m guessing since I’m working out again that I might have kicked started it into gear early. Anyway a week before my period I was nauseous all morning and all night. Now that my period is here I thought it would be gone but I’m still nauseous. Has anyone else experienced this.
