My period started yesterday...

I’m changing out my HEAVY tampons every hour or 2 hours max... should I be worried?

I actually am now wearing a big fat pad that I bought for after birth (3 years ago when I had my daughter that I ended up not needing) cuz I’m scared I’ll leak at night ...

I’ve had heavy periods before when I had the copper iud (considered normal) but other then that it’s not usually like this. Iud has been out for over a years now. Any advice ?
