IUD Baby?

Period expected in 3 days still.

So I have an IUD.... I've ALWAYS been able to feel my cervix to check the string.

Last for 4 days I've been having insomnia, feeling like I have maybe uti, (peeing more often), I look back and notice my eating portions are doubling, hips widening... and yesterday i very randomly developed i assume a yeast infection!. No pus or discharge just soooo swollown like I had a baby type hurting...

So i went to take a shower and decided to check my string for IUD.... its GONE.. like literally gone. It's not there. I've checked for 3 days now. I feel my cervix opening (not going inside ofcourse) and around and anywhere it can tuck and it's not there. Was told to check for pregnancy.

Is there anything?

Blessed with 2 children, 1 miscarriage (twins) and multiple chemicals. We want another but was planning to take iud out this fall to start for baby number 3. If it happened now, it was seriously meant to be
