Baby has fever

She’s 11 months n since last night has a fever. She had some diarreah too but it stopped. She’s fussy n the fever comes n goes.. I’m about to buy a thermometer so idk what her temp has been I can just feel all her body really hot.. her dr is closed bc of the coronavirus so idk what to do I don’t want to take her to a hospital.. 🥺
