I am 4 weeks 2 days with my 3rd baby. I've had 2 miscarriages and 1 ectopic prior. My last child is almost 7. Our last miscarriage was in November. I am so nervous because of the back pain I'm having. I do have an awful back to begin with, but geez! It's in my lower back and feels like a burning/aching/throbbing type pain that sometimes goes down to my feet. It does get better when I walk around, but it's pretty much always there. My middle and upper back also have a tight achy feeling. I do have some very mild off and on cramping in my uterus, but honestly, it's the back pain I'm worried about. Anyone else experience lower back pain?
