I noticed I am ovulating so much earlier as I get older, instead of perfect 28 cycle I get lh surge CD 8 :( ovulate day 10 or 11 ... instead of CD14 so of course there is no mature follicle and no ovulation some month ...

Has anyone experienced this ?

I cant find any info anywhere how to lengthen my follicular phase ...

Estrogen? Premenopausal supplements with black cohoosh and soy isoflavones? Do you thing adding estrogen can help me :(

I cant believe this happening, amh 1.8 so I have reserve....
