Sex drive

I'm 42 and my husband is also 42. Married 16 years 2 boys 10 and 14. My husbands sex drive is threw the roof but as much as he offers to fix me a bath or offer to shave me "down there" even buy me Rose's or make me dinner my drive is just rock bottom. Please help he is getting more upset by the day I just don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated
